HARRISBURG - Rep. Shelby Labs (R-Bucks) was sworn in yesterday to serve her second term as State Representative of the 143rd Legislative District.
“It has been an honor to serve our community for the past two years, and I am honored that the people of the 143rd legislative district have again chosen me to represent them in Harrisburg,” Labs said.
