State Representative Shelby Labs took the oath of office to serve the people of the 143rd Legislative District on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.

Representative Labs has been appointed to serve on the following House Committees for the 2021-2022 Legislative Session: Commerce, Game & Fisheries, Human Services, Secretary, and Urban Affairs. Among the Representatives top issues are Small Businesses, Veteran & Military Support, Protecting Seniors and Open Space.

Representative Labs family has more than 200 years of history in Plumstead Township, running small businesses and farms, volunteering, and serving the people of Central and Upper Bucks County. Growing up here, she understands first-hand the importance of protecting our quality of life and preserving the natural beauty that makes our home so unique.

Shelby is a graduate of Central Bucks High School West and Temple University. She currently resides in Plumsteadville where she wed her husband on her family’s farm earlier this year. Her husband currently serves in the United States Army.
