HARRISBURG – Rep. Shelby Labs (R-Bucks) and Sen. Jarrett Coleman (R-Lehigh/Bucks) today announced a $1.25 million grant from the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) has been awarded to help with the ongoing revitalization of Dublin Borough.
These funds will go toward the costs associated with construction of a mixed-use property, specifically for the construction and buildout of commercial space and outdoor public amenities, which will include benches, seating features and various gathering spaces. This funding will also help facilitate streetscaping improvements and continue with the borough's success in transforming Dublin Borough into a walkable destination town.
“I am happy to see these funds being awarded to support the continued revitalization of Dublin Borough,” said Labs. “These funds will no doubt assist in the effort to ensure Dublin Borough continues to be a great place to recreate and live.”
“I am happy to work alongside Rep. Labs to improve Dublin’s Main Street,” said Coleman. “Projects like this will help ensure Dublin Borough remains a great place to live, work and raise a family”
The RACP is a Commonwealth grant program administered by the Office of the Budget for the design, acquisition, and construction of regional economic, cultural, civic, recreational and historical improvement projects.
